Trial Information (note that there are two different types of kit, Flexiq and Juvenix, please be sure you are referring to the product that you ordered):

Flexiq: Register for a 14 day trial of Flexiq Pet Vitamins, pay only shipping and handling and the cost of the trial, $6.99. You have 14 days from your sign-up date to evaluate the product and see the results for yourself. Alaska and Hawaii residents will have an additional 14 days due to possible delays in shipping. If you enjoy the kit, simply do nothing. Your credit card will be charged $79.99 at the end of your 14 day trial period, 03/25/2010. If you are not amazed with your results, just call 888-265-2006 or email us at service@petvitamins.com within 14 days of your sign-up date to cancel your membership and receive instructions to return the remaining portion of the products. Once the order is submitted your trial shipment cannot be canceled. Trial and shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Juvenix: Register for a 14 day trial of Juvenix Pet Vitamins, pay only shipping and handling and the cost of the trial, $6.99. You have 14 days from your sign-up date to evaluate the product and see the results for yourself. Alaska and Hawaii residents will have an additional 14 days due to possible delays in shipping. If you enjoy the kit, simply do nothing. Your credit card will be charged $79.99 at the end of your 14 day trial period, 03/25/2010. Pet Vitamin Auto-ship Program: When you register for the trial offer, you will also receive a FREE membership in the Pet Vitamins Auto-ship Program. That means 45 days after your sign-up date, 04/25/2010, you will be shipped a fresh supply of Pet Vitamins.

Flexiq:You will continue to get a new shipment (one bottle of Flexiq Joint Support) every 30 days for the club price of $49.99 for small/medium dogs or $69.99 for large breed dogs. No commitments, no hassle, cancel at anytime.

Juvenix:You will continue to get a new shipment (two bottles of Juvenix Omega-3 Fatty Acids) every 60 days for the club price of $49.99 for cats, small and medium dogs or $69.99 for large breed dogs. No commitments, no hassle, cancel at anytime.

Taxes: If you are a Pennsylvania resident, you will be charged 7% sales tax.

Return & Refund Policy:

We believe in our Member's complete satisfaction. If you are eligible and wish to return your Pet Vitamins order, follow these instructions:

Call our Customer Service Team Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM EST at 888-265-2006 or email us anytime at service@petvitamins.com within 14 calendar days of the original order date. A Customer Service Representative will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and proper instructions to return the remaining portion of the product; you may keep the first aid kit as your free gift! If you ordered the Flexiq kit you must return the remaining portion of the bottle and cleansers. If you ordered the Juvenix kit for small dogs, you must return at least 40 capsules in the bottle and cleansers within the trial period. If you ordered the medium or large dog Juvenix kit you must return both of the bottles and the cleansers, one of the bottles unopened and unused. If both bottles have been opened, you will be charged a $19.95 inventory fee. Calling or emailing within the 14 day trial period extends your billing 30 days.

Clearly write the RMA # and your return address on the outside of the package and complete the enclosed form on the reverse side of your invoice. Include this form inside your return package.

Members assume the responsibility for postage on all return orders. We recommend getting a tracking number from the Post Office (or shipper) and saving your receipt. REFUSED DELIVERIES OR PACKAGES MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED TO THE MEMBER. The remaining portion of your Pet Vitamins order will need to be returned; you may keep the first aid kit as your free gift! If you ordered a Flexiq kit you must return the remaining portion of the bottle and cleansers. If you ordered the Juvenix kit for small dogs, you must return at least 40 capsules in the bottle and cleansers within the trial period. If you ordered the medium or large dog Juvenix kit you must return both of the bottles and the cleansers, one of the bottles unopened and unused. If both bottles have been opened, you will be charged a $19.95 inventory fee. To return the trial, you have 45 days from your sign-up date, 04/25/2010. On recurring shipments you have 30 days from the charge date to return the unopened product. The cost of your order will be refunded less a $7.95 restocking fee on your recurring shipment. For your security, credit will only be issued to the credit card that was used to sign-up.

Shipping: Pet Vitamins orders will be shipped via Fedex and/or the United States Postal Service. Your package will arrive in 3 to 7 business days. The Member agrees that confirmation of delivery by Fedex/USPS to the mailing address provided at Sign-Up constitutes the Member's acceptance of the product.

Warranty Disclaimer: WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS WARRANTIES AS WELL AS THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE TO THE PRODUCT. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the forgoing disclaimer may not apply.

Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR (1) ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCT OR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION, OR (2) ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the forgoing disclaimer may not apply.

Collections: I agree not to dispute or charge back any legitimate orders I place with Pet Vitamins despite if I keep the product after the trial period or past 30 days on recurring shipments. I understand that if I dispute any legitimate charges with my bank or credit card company that Pet Vitamins will send my account to collections. I agree to contact Customer Service to resolve any issues, rather than issue a dispute or chargeback with my credit card company.
